Denver Rubber Company (DRC) provides custom contract manufacturing and parts fabrication to OEM customers. We are the go-to provider of custom industrial products, parts fabrication, and assembly. As an ISO certified company, our expert engineering and production staffs offer an on-demand and cost-effective solution for our customers’ fabrication needs. Our equipment and technology provide efficient, precision manufacturing capabilities in quantities from prototype through high-volume production.

Our 32,000-foot production floor features five knife cutters, three waterjets, two beam presses, two clicker presses, and one Preco CNC router and slitter. Our fabrication capabilities represent the optimal in dieless cutting and punching for all your custom products.

Our automated cutting systems provide extreme precision and repeatability to within +/- 0.15mm on most materials.  Our advanced computer-assisted design nesting software maximizes yields and significantly reduces expensive material waste.

Waterjets

Denver Rubber Company offers precision waterjet cutting services utilizing the new Wardjet 2543-5 dual head five-axis cutter and our X-1530 waterjet. Our state-of-the-art waterjet cutters provide high-speed precise cutting capabilities for fast, cost-efficient production.

The new 5-Axis cutter is a revolutionary leap in waterjet cutting technology. It incorporates the traditional X-axis (back and forth), Y-axis (left and right) and Z-axis (up and down) of older waterjet cutters and adds a second A -axis that angles the cutting head from the perpendicular and a C-axis that rotates around the Z-axis.

Unlike typical heat cutting methods, waterjet cutting doesn’t cause steel to distort or change the molecular structure in alloy materials. It also eliminates or greatly reduces slag and damaged material and produces a product with minimal to no burring.

Capabilities
Waterjet can cut 10″ thick stainless steel and can cut even thicker material (18″ thick titanium) if the application demands it.

BEAM PRESS

Denver Rubber Company’s two beam die-cutting presses are adaptable to a wide range of applications and materials.

CNC ROUTER

Denver Rubber Company’s CNC router and knife table represent the optimal dieless cutting solutions for CAD-controlled cutting and routing. The CNC router is suitable for a variety of industries including aluminum and metal cladding, signmaking, graphics and print finishing, cabinetry, general woodworking, plastic and metal fabrication, foam packaging, point of purchase, solid surface and many more.
