Hypalon (CSM) is a premium-grade synthetic rubber manufactured from chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE). Hypalon is chemical and flame resistant, handles temperature extremes and is resistant to ultraviolet light and abrasion. It’s waterproof and extremely durable, making it suitable for many applications.
Hypalon rubber is perfect for producing flanges or gaskets in the chemical processing industry because it has exceptional resistance to heat aging and weathering and is not impacted by sunlight. Resistant to a broad range of chemicals as well as powerful acids and bases.
